"Crossroads" Cowboy
This figure is a variation of a mass-produced Western-style cowboy statuette, often attributed to the artist Milo, the pseudonym for Miguel Fernando Lopez. While specific manufacturing dates vary for these commercial reproductions, Milo was active in the 20th century and is associated with Portugal.
The sculpture depicts a standing gunslinger in a confident pose with his hands on his hips. He is dressed in classic Western attire, including a wide-brimmed hat, vest, and a holster holding a pistol. It typically features a bronze finish, often achieved through a "cold cast" resin process.
