German Wash Basin
This antique Franz Anton Mehlem wash basin, originating from Bonn, Germany, is a stunning example of Art Nouveau craftsmanship from the late 19th or early 20th century (circa 1880s–1900s).
It is intricately decorated with a hand-painted Art Nouveau pink floral design and blue ribbon raised relief which is a distinct motif characteristic of the Royal Bonn factory. The piece's elegant, fluid lines and high-gloss finish exemplify the aesthetic of the period.
